Junior Recruiter/Sourcer

RC Associates is a boutique engineering recruiting firm specializing in attracting top Engineers. We are looking for a part-time/full-time employee to assist our growing recruiting firm in sourcing candidates through internet research and various research techniques. The firm specializes in permanent, full-time placements in the National Engineering field.

Training will be provided but the candidate must possess an aptitude towards working with people, sales, research and a drive and desire to learn.

The employee will assist Recruiters in filling open jobs by performing various research techniques including complex internet searches. The individual will also assist in basic recruiter functions and assist in warm and cold calls.

Candidate must be willing to bring a desire to work hard, learn, and grow. The majority of the day will be spent on the computer and phone.

Work schedule is flexible and can be worked out with your supervisor depending on your schedule. Position provides successful career track for a motivated individual.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Business, Liberal Arts, or related field. Individuals currently pursuing their Bachelors degree will also be considered.

• Ability to communicate effectively with people and have a passion for talking to people.  Prior phone experience including making cold and warm call preferred but not necessary.

• Strong technical aptitude in navigating the internet and search engine searches. Strong computer skills are a must.

• Possess the ability to work independently and multi-task including at times being able to take on other job functions.
